ipoox presorting gmbh is an international service provider focusing on IT-based postage optimization in accordance with the requirements of the various postal organisations.

We see ourselves as an active partner in identifying and exploiting all postage discounts through the use of country-specific postal products with an extensive European, and in some cases worldwide, network.

We provide additional support for printing and postpress operations in the case of necessary postal certifications and offer training courses on special postal topics.

Due to our origins in the producing lettershop industry, ipoox has the practical know-how and we don’t see ourselves as a pure IT service provider.

We prioritize practical implementation combined with maximum postage discounts. This approach allows our customers a smooth process even after the data is delivered.

However, should there be a need for clarification regarding production, posting or delivery, we have the corresponding personal network to provide quick, flexible and targeted answers and solutions.
